Meeting number 22 from July 12 2007 with 9 TAO upgraded to subdistrict municipalities, and one to a town municipality.
  • Lam Nang Kaeo (เทศบาลตำบลลำนางแก้ว), Pak Thong Chai district, Nakhon Ratchasima province, effective August 1 2007. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 84.60 km², 9 villages and 4,572 citizen.
  • Pha Chuk (เทศบาลตำบลผาจุก), Mueang Uttaradit district, Uttaradit province, effective August 20 2007. The TAO was created in 1995, covers 71 km², 14 villages and 8,643 citizen.
  • Sateng Nok (เทศบาลตำบลสะเตงนอก), Mueang Yala district, Yala province, effective August 23 2007. The TAO was created in 1995, covers 34.78 km², 13 villages and 26,587 citizen.
  • Ban Chang (เทศบาลตำบลบ้านฉาง), Ban Chang district, Rayong province, effective August 23 2007. The TAO was created in 1995, covers 48 km², 6 villages and 7,514 citizen.1
  • Pho Chai (เทศบาลตำบลโพธิ์ชัย), Mueang Nong Khai district, Nong Khai province, effective August 23 2007. The TAO was created in 1995, covers 29 km², 8 villages and 6,016 citizen.
  • Phai Tam (เทศบาลตำบลไผ่ต่ำ), Nong Khae district, Saraburi province, effective August 29 2007. The TAO was created in 1995, covers 12.52 km², 8 villages and 3,342 citizen.
  • Kut Nam Sai (เทศบาลตำบลกุดน้ำใส), Nam Phong district, Khon Kaen province, effective September 1 2007. The TAO was created in 1995, covers 48 km², 10 villages and 7,890 citizen.
  • Wang Yang (เทศบาลตำบลวังยาง), Si Prachan district, Suphanburi province, effective September 27 2007. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 23 km², 9 villages and 6,978 citizen.
  • Nong Waeng (เทศบาลตำบลหนองแวง), Lahan Sai district, Buriram province, effective October 1 2007. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 216 km², 13 villages and 15,532 citizen.
  • Khao Sam Yot (เทศบาลเมืองเขาสามยอด), Mueang Lopburi district, Lopburi province, upgraded to a town, effective August 23 2007. The TAO was created in 1995, covers 19.76 km², 7 villages and 28,853 citizen.
1There is a second municipality named Ban Chang covering the central part of the subdistrict Ban Chang, the two thus only differ in their status, one as a town (thesaban mueang) and the new one a subdistrict municipality (thesaban tambon).
