Meeting number 50 from November 16 2007 with four TAO upgraded to subdistrict municipalities, and one area change.

• That Na Waeng (เทศบาลตำบลธาตุนาเวง), Mueang district, Sakon Nakhon province, effective January 30 2008. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 10.50 km², 5 villages and 2,462 citizen.
• Non Tan (เทศบาลตำบลโนนตาล), Mueang district, Roi Et province, effective December 4 2007. The TAO was created in 1997, covers 20.23 km², 10 villages and 5,188 citizen.
• Pho Chai (เทศบาลตำบลโพธิ์ชัย), Phanom Phrai district, Roi Et province, effective April 1 2008. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 10.43 km², 12 villages and 7,164 citizen.
• Pho Chai (เทศบาลตำบลโพธิ์ไชย), Khok Pho Chai district, Khon Kaen province, effective July 19 2008. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 73.46 km², 10 villages and 7,405 citizen.
• The subdistrict municipality (thesaban tambon) San Sai, is enlarged with area from the TAO San Sai. This change has been announced in Gazette already.
